Redwood has assembled a group of leading entrepreneurs, corporate executives and venture capitalists that provide assistance to Redwood clients. We advise on business plans, human capital development and angel/seed & venture capital funding. Our EIRs work both with our clients and are actively incubating new businesses. Meet a few of our EIRs and entrepreneurs who are starting new ventures with the help of Redwood’s services:
Kevin Bradshaw is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Redwood Partners. In this role Kevin will be advising Redwood’s portfolio companies and working with and on emerging businesses. He brings to Redwood more than a decade of proven experience with start-up and high-growth ventures in the wireless, web technology and media sectors.
He has built a number of companies at the leading edge of innovation in the digital media sector, raising more than $100M of venture capital across the various ventures; including i-play (Digital Bridges), PlayPhone, Lime Wire and Blaze Media. He has played key leadership roles on management teams which have consistently delivered market-dominating results despite rapidly fluctuating market and organizational conditions. The companies he has led pioneered the development of a number of ground-breaking content delivery platforms; and they have created original and new format entertainment for some world’s most successful IP franchises, including EA Sports Tiger Woods Golf™, EA Sports FIFA Soccer™, and Tamagotchi™.
Marc Scarpa serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and is a member of Redwood's Advisory & Consulting team.
Marc has directed or produced over 300 original broadband programs since 1995. He is a highly sought after pioneer in new media, with 15 years of successful experience developing and architecting broadband media communities (networks). To date, his broadband programs and communities have garnered over 100 million viewers and $150 million in ad/sponsorships and financing, thereby providing $3 billion in media value worldwide.
